Cream Ales are the extreme light end of the spectrum making them the perfect introduction to craft beer. Our White Room Cream Ale, named after the song by Cream, has a creamy texture with a light crisp taste.

A light ale that pushes the boundaries of its style that is easy to drink with hints of fruit from a blend of hops. The beer was born out of a challenge to our Head Brewer.

Panola Pale Ale
American Pale Ales are the definition of craft beers in the U.S. Our Panola Pale Ale utilizes copious amounts of hops to slightly increase bitterness and drive flavor up. We believe our county of Panola deserves a great tasting, easy drinking beverage like this.

One if by Land
A hazy, boozy, fruity India Pale Ale in the style of New England. IPAs continue to be a huge driver in the craft beer industry, non IPA drinkers have been converted over with this recipe!
The plan is to develop a West Coast IPA to showcase the difference and name it "Two if by Sea", a nod to the American Revolution

Amber Ales are a tradition older than the name itself, they slide from hops flavor to malt flavor. Our 1846 trades bitterness for sweetness, a bold upfront taste with a sweet aftertaste. Named for the year Panola County, Texas was founded.

This Dry Irish Stout is fashioned with the greatest respect for an Irish National Treasure with fond memories of a morning after hike up Knockneara on a 2019 trip to County Sligo, Ireland. Rich, creamy, and absolutely packed with flavors of malt, coffee, chocolate, & toast.

Apple Ciders have been around since fermentation was discovered. This somewhat forgotten beverage is where wine and beer collide, it is an excellent bridge between the two. Fruity, tart, crisp, & refreshing are reasons why this beverage will be a favorite. Our cider is named after our beloved Labrador whose face is on the label and merch.

C-Town Chardonnay
Captivating flavors of green apple and tropical fruit enhance an upfront floral bouquet in this medium-bodied wine. It will develop to reveal layers of ripe fruit and integrated oak.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Considered the noblest of all grapes this full bodied red is dark in color and aggressive in nature with a hint of violet. We will definitely use this as a base for barrel aged and small batch production as well as selling it in it's normal state.

This light bodied refreshing wine opens with citrus, floral, & pear notes. An excellent harmony of fruit and acid create a crisp finish that reveals hints of citrus and green apple. This wine is dry and fruity.

This recipe from a long time producer is too good to try and improve on. Notes of real sassafras and a creamy sweetness from Wisconsin honey makes this root beer the best on the market.

Nitro Cold Brew Coffee
One of the greatest things to happen to coffee since the filter! Our coffee grounds are steeped in cold water for an undisclosed amount of time before being filtered and kegged. The coffee is infused with Nitrogen to give a naturally sweeter flavor with a beautiful creamy head.
